Outreach and affiliate policy

Last updated 10 October 2026

This is a draft. It describes accurately what the software does with data and money. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and nothing here should be read as a claim that Kyrovane is compliant with the law of any particular country until that review has happened.

Channels

  • Creators are contacted through channels Kyrovane sends on officially: TikTok Shop’s affiliate tools where TikTok has approved them, and email. A channel Kyrovane cannot send on is prepared for a person to send and is never recorded as sent until they say they sent it.
  • Each platform’s own rules apply on top of this policy. A platform that allows messages only in reply to the creator, or only within a window, is respected; Kyrovane does not offer a way round it.

Contact details

  • An email address or phone number goes into Kyrovane only with its source recorded (the creator gave it, it is a public business contact, or it came from a provider you are licensed to use). The import refuses contact columns whose source has not been stated.
  • Kyrovane does not find or buy personal contact details, and does not scrape them from anywhere.

Opt-outs

  • A creator who asks not to be contacted goes on your workspace’s do-not-contact list, and every sequence, workflow and one-off message checks that list before it sends. It is kept even after the creator is deleted, so they are not contacted again by mistake.
  • A reply asking to stop is recognised as one and puts the creator on that list for good: Kyrovane refuses to lift an unsubscribe, whoever asks. Include a plain way to opt out in your email templates where the law requires one, and honour opt-outs that arrive by any other route too.

Volume and timing

  • Sequences have a daily cap and can be set to wait for an approval; quiet hours keep messages to the creator’s daytime. Raising a cap to send in bulk to people who did not expect it breaks this policy.
  • When a provider did not confirm whether a message went out, Kyrovane does not send it again on its own; a person checks first, so nobody receives the same message twice.

Honest offers

  • Say who you are, which brand you represent, and what is on offer: commission, samples, fees, and what is expected in return.
  • Do not promise sales, followers or results. Kyrovane’s figures are labelled with their source and uncertainty; keep those labels.
  • Creators are responsible for disclosing sponsored or affiliate content where they publish it. Remind them in your brief; do not ask anyone to hide that a post is paid or gifted.

Samples and payments

Record what you send and what was agreed, so a creator can be asked about it fairly and paid what was promised. Kyrovane keeps the history of every sample and agreement on the creator’s record for that reason.

Enforcement

Breaking this policy breaks the acceptable use policy, with the consequences it describes. To report outreach sent through Kyrovane that you did not want, write to support@kyrovane.com with the message, and we will look at the workspace that sent it.
