Acceptable use policy

Everyone who uses a Kyrovane workspace: agencies, brands that run their own programme, and every person they invite. The organisation that holds the account is responsible for how its people use it. This policy is part of the terms of service.

• Follow the rules of every platform you connect, including TikTok Shop’s seller and affiliate policies. Kyrovane uses their official APIs only, and only for what the shop or account owner authorised.
• Connect only accounts and shops you own or are authorised to manage, and disconnect any you no longer manage.
• Do not use Kyrovane to get round a platform’s limits, reviews or restrictions: no scraping, no automated browsing of a platform’s site, no shared or borrowed credentials, no attempt to bypass a CAPTCHA, a rate limit or an approval the platform has not given.

• Contact a creator only through a channel they can reasonably expect to be contacted on for business, with contact details you obtained lawfully and recorded the source of.
• Stop when someone asks you to. A creator added to your do-not-contact list stays there; removing them so a sequence can reach them again is a breach of this policy.
• No unsolicited bulk messaging, no messages sent to bypass a platform’s own messaging rules, and no harassment: repeated follow-ups after a clear no are not outreach.

• Do not misrepresent a product, an offer, a commission or a sample to a creator, or a creator’s results to a client.
• Do not present an estimate, a score or an AI draft as a fact. Kyrovane labels them; keep the labels when you pass them on.
• Do not use Kyrovane to make or distribute deceptive endorsements, fake reviews or engagement that did not happen.

• Do not store unlawful content, or personal data you have no right to hold. Do not add records about anyone under 18.
• Do not upload another organisation’s confidential material without permission, or material that infringes someone’s rights.
• Use the AI features within the AI use policy: review what it drafts before it goes to anyone.

• Do not try to reach another customer’s data, probe the service’s security, or load-test it without telling us first: write to security@kyrovane.com and we will agree how.
• Do not resell access, share one seat between several people, or work around a plan’s limits.
• Do not interfere with the service, or use it to attack anything else.

We may stop a sequence, pause a workflow, disconnect an integration, or suspend an account that breaks this policy, and where we can we will tell you first and say why. Serious or repeated breaches end the agreement as the terms describe. If a platform tells us an account connected through Kyrovane broke its rules, we will act on that too.
