Sub-processors
Last updated 10 October 2026
This is a draft. It describes accurately what the software does with data and money. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and nothing here should be read as a claim that Kyrovane is compliant with the law of any particular country until that review has happened.
Who handles data when Kyrovane runs
| Purpose | Provider | What it receives | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hosting: the servers and the database | Vultr | Everything stored in Kyrovane, encrypted in transit; credentials encrypted at rest | In use. Region to be published once confirmed |
| Card payments and invoices (merchant of record) | Paddle | Billing name, email, address and the plan; the card is entered on Paddle’s page and never reaches Kyrovane | Built and verified in Paddle’s sandbox; in use when card payments are switched on |
| Card payments (alternative merchant of record) | 2Checkout (Verifone) | The same as Paddle | Built, not live verified, not in use |
| AI answers and drafts | Anthropic or OpenAI, whichever the service is configured with | The question and the facts needed to answer it, with the provider’s training opt-out on every request | In use only where configured; without one, Kyrovane answers from its own facts and sends nothing out |
| Transactional email: sign-in links, verification, scheduled reports | An SMTP email provider | The recipient’s address and the message | Provider to be named once the production configuration is confirmed |
Platforms you connect are not on this list
TikTok Shop, and the mailboxes and accounts you may connect later, are services you hold an account with. Kyrovane exchanges data with them on your instruction, through their official APIs, after you authorise it on their own page; what they do with data is governed by your agreement with them. The TikTok Shop page says exactly what Kyrovane reads and writes there.
